Latest on Chapter 2

I've finished doing layouts and lettering for all of chapter/issue 2! This is the most difficult part of making comics for me, as I have to make the sets (backgrounds), move and pose the models from shot to shot, TAKE the shots, trim and place them as panels, drop in the lettering over them, realize I didn't leave enough room in the right places, reposition the models, export the image again, trim and place it again, notice something I missed and need to fix, RE-reposition the models, go outside, drive into traffic....
From here, I just do the line art and tones and colors, which is way easier and less stressful. :D I can draw/tone/color 1-2 pages a day, so with 22 pages, I'm ahead of my new schedule.

Chapter Two Underway!

I just started layout work on chapter two, which basically means spending hours getting a scene set up with models in Clip Studio Paint, then moving them and changing camera angles from panel to panel and page to page. This was an extremely frustrating experience today (I'm out of practice!), but I finally got it where I wanted it. This is panel one of the first page.
Chapter two opens with a flashback/dream sequence, and I'm pretty sure you can figure out what it is if you've read chapter one. This is going to be a rough scene. Oof.

I finished them! You'll be able to add them to your reward package when the surveys go out. If you were digital only, they'll be in the PDF (and print books) of Vol. 1 as back matter.
